Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important compatibility note
As our products are specialised and application-specific, customers are responsible for confirming suitability prior to purchase. Returns may be declined for items that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, or show signs of use.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ltwengineering.com.au. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom or special-order products, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
